Card reading is just one tool that can be used to access the knowledge and wisdom available to us all. It is a useful tool when you are looking for some insight regarding the past, present or future. The reading will focus entirely on what is coming through for you, sometimes this is related directly to a specific question you have asked and sometimes information is brought forward that is key for you to know in the present. The universe is conspiring to help you on your journey!

    Reiki

    A Reiki session can assist you in so many different ways whether it be simple relaxation or stress relief. As the reiki energy flows through you, there is often a feeling of warmth. After the session there is a 15 minute period for reflection and you are welcome to share what you experienced in the session. It is important after a session to take some time to become fully present in your body, have a drink of water and be gentle with yourself.
